The News: Thursday December 2nd, 2011

  • Ignoring the fact that I killed myself off in that last headline, IO Interactive made headlines today by announcing that it was splitting its focus between the already announced Hitman: Absolution and brand new IP. Niels Jorgensen told reporters that IO will collaborate with newly opened development studio Square Enix Montreal to bring another new Hitman to gamers while also developing a brand new intellectual property. When we sat down to figure out what we wanted to do after Infinity Blade, and we started to wonder "Do we want to do Infinity Blade 2?", it wasn't about "Do we want to make more money?" it was about "Do we have more to say in this genre?"

I can't answer those questions for you Donald. Now quit dodging this! WHERE THE HELL IS SHADOW COMPLEX 2?!
