Nintendo says "Never say never" to localizations of Xenoblade, The Last Story, and Pandora's Tower and I continue not buying a Wii.
  • Yes, tonight's top story is that Nintendo told fans on its Facebook page today that the company isn't ruling out American localizations of three massively popular, hardcore games for the Nintendo Wii. I sold my Wii quite a while ago when I realized how far the system was stepping away from core gaming. It seems like my house will continue to be without a Nintendo home console for some time. :-/ For the record, I would buy a new Wii immediately if even one of these games were coming stateside.
  • Sony's PlayStation Plus subscription service is now 1 year old. That means bargains for those of you enjoying the Plus service you got for free after the PSN outage. Reupping your subscription for 3 months will earn you 1 free bonus month. A full year's resubscription will come with 3 free bonus months. Guess I'll be renewing early!
  • The News would like to remind you that GameRevolution's community playdate is tomorrow at 3 PM PST. We'll be playing the now free Team Fortress 2. Please join our Steam group to participate!
  • Capcom is releasing a new version of Street Fighter IV for iOS gamers. Street Fighter IV Volt will come with new characters, online play over WiFi, and a $6.99 price tag. Here's how I explained it on Twitter today: "new characters etc blah blah versus over wifi blah blah c'mon Capcom! $6.99?!"
  • Did you know that Square Enix is developing drugs a new Final Fantasy Tactics game for the iOS platform? I didn't! Day 1 and all but it's been delayed to July.
We're a small operation here at Game Revolution. We do everything we can to bring you every bit of news possible. Unfortunately, we can't cover everything that happens in a day. We've been using our Twitter account to catch up at a bite-sized pace, but not everyone hears from us on Twitter either! So that's why you're reading The News. Every headline we didn't cover with our witty, fantastic words, wrapped up nicely for your digestion. Everyday we'll continue to deliver the hottest news and tie a nice little bow on everything else for you in the evening.
