For Obsidian's crowdfunded love letter to Infinity Engine games like Icewind Dale and Baldur's Gate, I was impressed by its willingness to pull back the curtain and let me see the machinery behind it.

Yesterday, while cleaning up my media center, I found my copy of Ratchet & Clank: Into The Nexus, which I bought sometime before Christmas last year. I had been pretty excited about this game pre-release, what with it being the first "traditional", albeit shorter than usual,...

The People Speak - NSA Sign Out

Posted on Wednesday, January 15 @ 18:00:00 Eastern by

In a world where we remain on the brink of an ever more powerful corporatocracy, only a stupid gadget like the Kinect could bring it all crumbling down around us. Imagine if congressional and parliamentary leaders had to vote by Kinect or if President Obama could only sign laws with Microsoft's motion-sensing camera? While we already know everyone in the halls of power have earned their individual idiot cards, it'd be nice if they looked the part too.

I like to think of the situation this way. Hubmaier, however, has a very different take on Xbox One's Kinect. I'm sure there are several dozen NSA contractors and ISP employees jerking it to my beautiful mouth as it opens up to consume an apple fritter whole, but please let them all be gentle and kind in their disgusting voyeur fantasy jobs.

Is alpha male your private ideolectical term for 'self-absorbed manchild'?

I understand, I do. You have to lie about your masculinity and prowess to cover a deep-seated insecurity resulting from early rejection as a result of your inability to relate to others in a meaningful way. Hence your need to fabricate stories about girlfriends who don't exist and a lifestyle completely out of your reach. It is, perhaps, cruel to remind you of the emptiness of the little bubble you've built up but you're better off without it.

And don't worry, if you are not ready to grow up, you can always go back to your MRA/PUA hugbox of choice where other creeps just like you who have never touched a consenting woman without paying can tell you that you're a big, brave, alpha dog. So relax Wilmer, you silly little gunsel.

Omg, guys, you can probably buy KH1 and a PS2 cheaper than the remake would cost.
In other words stop whining.

We must burn it all and start anew. Protests and petitions clearly aren't grabbing peoples attention. And god help them if I ever finish my gaming backlog and apply myself.
