FEATURED VOXPOP samsmith614 Since game design is a business, I decided to see what's really selling well for the PS4. I did this search a week ago, and at the time, out of the top 20 bestsellers on Amazon 10 had not even been released yet. By now some have been released. But others still have not. And yet others...

The People Speak - Those Darn Ninjas

Posted on Wednesday, July 31 @ 15:53:41 Eastern by

Ninja attack! With Daniel Bischoff gone (I did not assassinate him, those rumors are lies), I have been tasked with finding the top commenters this week in his stead. Asking the ninja to interact with the community left me with a slight chuckle, so I said yes. Our community is a dangerous minefield, after all. That's why I like it.

In fact, let me step on one now. I decided to nix all of the comments in response to BigTruckSeries. Why? Because it's far too easy to get upvotes that way. Kinda of like saying that Congress is doing a poor job. I mean, according to this poll, Americans like getting a root canal and Nickleback more than Congress. (That said, Congress has better approval than Lindsay Lohan, so take of that what you will.)

This week's winner is Noritama who doesn't think the subject of the label "gamer" warrants any attention at all. Said like a true gamer. Or something like that? How very Taoist. Like Winnie the Pooh. Who attacks ninjas with honey. A sticky situation...

For the week: 172 active commenters wrote 929 comments

Rumor: Microsoft Allows For Indie Self-Publishing On Xbox One

10 Thumbs Up - 1 Thumbs Down

MS needs to get it together. This is further proof that the X1 wasn't AT ALL well thought out. Every move that they had in mind is slowly being withdrawn, reversed, or dropped. If they can't get their own hardware policies down before release, I'm not at all confident about the future of this machine.

MS : Paving the way to the future... Unless of course we change our minds.

7 Features We Want For Grand Theft Auto V Multiplayer

I would like the ability to lock my car door. Fuck cops or anyone being able to just run up and open it.
