LATEST FEATURES Being A Console Is Actually Xbox One's Worst Asset
Microsoft's newest console has lots of different features, but video games might hold the device back from the software giant's true intentions.

Everything I Learned About Call of Duty: Ghosts Last Week
I wasn't allowed to talk about the new Infinity Ward game last week when I met with Activision, and I don't have much to say now that Xbox One spilled the beans.

Before Microsoft and Sony do something regarding their future in the video game business, I wanted to write, and I've wanted it for a long time now, but other things kept getting in my way, and fearing that tomorrow might be too late, today will have to do.  ...

DAILY MANIFESTO

The People Speak: New Format!

Posted on Sunday, April 17 @ 15:09:27 Eastern by

You know, we're not called Game Revolution for nothing. There are a ton of places for you to read, watch, and talk about video games. TONS! But we want you to know that when you talk, we listen.

The People Speak
was originally a weekly feature that would highlight a specific topic each week and let the community go nuts with it. Despite the consistency of the feature, I was disappointed with one thing:

It offered you, the readers, no choice.

We live in a time of great upheaval. If you've been paying attention to anything outside of the world of video games you'll have noticed the uprising in the Middle East. I thought Game Revolution, the community, and new readers like you could benefit from a little bit more freedom.

That's why The People Speak is now going to feature the best from everyone in the community, across comments on reviews, previews, manifestos, and news as well as in the forums and on user blogs and reviews.

How am I going to cover all of this by myself? That's where you come in. I'll do my best to keep track of all the awesome stuff from the community each week but you can also nominate comrades for recognition. Did someone say something funny? Send it to me in a PM. Did someone comment on a news post with particular insight? Send it to me in a PM.

Every weekend will see five community members recognized for their words here at Game Revolution. Hopefully this will drive a little competition. To sweeten the deal, at the end of every three month period, I'll select the community member with the most featured comments, posts, etc and give them a prize. I haven't yet decided what this could be, but if you have ideas you can start your push for the top by commenting in this post with your ideas. See you next week!

Now go!

I don't really know what's going on in that bottom picture, but it's making me super sad.

I'd like to nominate used44's post on this topic, it was insightful and funny and summed up my feelings perfectly.

@daniel I think i nominate myself because i am the first person to recognize that Hazama from blaz blue is a troll that will indeed never die and also a is a shapeshifting demon who can control peoples bodies through his other self Terumi. so.... i dont mean to control anyone her but aim the badass stick at this guy over here and by that i mean myself not hazama.

I nominate Used, Lien, daverabbit 213EDD and JCD just for being quick responders to this thread, and of course their sexiness.
