LATEST FEATURESBeing A Console Is Actually Xbox One's Worst Asset
Microsoft's newest console has lots of different features, but video games might hold the device back from the software giant's true intentions.
Before Microsoft and Sony do something regarding their future in the video game business, I wanted to write, and I've wanted it for a long time now, but other things kept getting in my way, and fearing that tomorrow might be too late, today will have to do.

Turn Your Avatar into an Assassin With Free Codes from GR and Ubisoft
Posted on Friday, November 18 @ 15:22:18 Eastern by Daniel Bischoff
Wanna party up stylishly? Don't let yourself be seen online without the proper atire to strike fear into your templar enemies. GameRevolution and Ubisoft teamed up to give away a handful of Avatar codes for Ezio's Assassin's Creed: Revelations outfit.
Want one? All you have to do is listen to this week's GameRevolution Radio show and tell us what you think in the comments! Let us know how we could improve our radio show or tell us what you like and I'll PM you a code. I'll keep PM'ing codes until I run out!
I thought it was an stunning piece of radio broadcast, full of life and magic energy that reaches your soul and makes you a better human being after hearing those thoughtful words being sang to you for an hour, enlightening you a step at a time. It is the pinnacle of human evolution, the magnum opus of our civilization.
Also, the music at the beginning makes me laugh, I inevitably imagine Nick Tan dressed as a Koopa Troopa walking around.
Anyway, I believe the showdown for Game of the Year is the ideal thing to do, seeing that there are a lot of opinions, and it might give the best reflection of the People's opinion. I also think you should write the GR song theme and put in at the end or something.
I like how you divide the themes, and the fact that you give opinion the way it is, bashing and praising what deserves it, no matter the size of the game or what others say. I would prefer a song to be playing in the background in very low volume, you know, to make it more lively. Also, I would prefer that you, at the beginning of the broadcast, give a summary of what you will be going through and in what order, I think it makes me get hyped about what's coming.
This was maybe the best podcast so far, and I've been listening since the beginning. Very focused.
One small suggestion (for dat av code): the commenters and forum users are well integrated into the podcast -- certainly much more than the previous iteration of the podcast -- but it could be better. For example, you told us your first experience with the Xbox, but you could have also read a few of the best user stories that were posted in the "Tell Us" comment thread. Maybe the same could be done with particularly good Vox Pops or otherwise featured user articles. Give us your thoughts on those.
I'm with Bras and used44, a summary of whats going on at the beginning and I could see the best comment from a "Tell Us" being read when you don't have haiku's to read. Or you could just use one of the oldest tricks in the book, give out free stuff...Oh, wait you're doing that now...I guess i really don't have anything new to add. So, I still get free stuff right?
Poor [redacted]. I mourn his loss, because I've had a game or two ruined by dick friends too.
Umm...I remember you guys mentioning last week about cleaning out the office and relocating. So, I didn't use the address featured on the "CONTACT GR" page. I actually went to Yellowpages and it gave me a different address. It is the correct address, yes?
I like background noises for some reason. So, this week I noticed that train didn't pass by. Also, I agree with used44.
Drop the music at the beginning, or at least make it shorter. I had to skip ahead. Also, all the talk seemed to be about new games and news, which is all well and good, but I wouldn't mind having a nostalgia section, where you talk about favorite gaming moments of the past.
Here's a wild stab in the dark...I just listened to the new radio show and loved the opening music, anything to do with ME3 is sweet to me and of course the VITAI KNOW how old this thread is, but it wasn't closed so I thought "what the hell".
