Use New Game Barcode Scanner App, Win Stuff

Posted on Tuesday, November 23 @ 16:34:57 Eastern by Blake_Morse
The new Video Game Barcode Scanner app by Cedemo for Android and iPhone smart phones does exactly what it sounds like it does, but on top of that it can also provide you with additional information on whatever console game you scan with your phone such as videos, screenshots, and descriptions. You can't do price comparisons just yet, but supposedly it's something they're working on.

So why pick them over some other app that would compare prices? Becuase if you post that you've scanned something using Cedemo app on Facebook, you can win video games and pairs of ezVision Video Glasses, which are sure to make you look stylish and not get you laughed at, I'm sure. Allright, so maybe you won't wear the shades, but free games are always cool and the app is free, so it's not going to cost you anything but a couple of seconds of free time to enter the contest.

Funny you should be talking about this product, because when I searched it in the marketplace on your suggestion its rating was about 2 stars. Almost every comment says that it doesn't actually scan anything at the moment meaning it doesn't really work.

This is on Android by the way
