This post is all about me trying to get Nick to let me review Vanquish. Please Nick, please!

Punching the heads off of baddies? Sounds good!

Transforming guns? What?

Pretty much an A+ if I ever saw one. But don't tell Nick. If he thinks I'm biased he'll never let me on the review! Sega, I've got all your back of the box quotes ready when you are.

"Vanquish is awesome. Need bullet points?"

  • Transforming guns!
  • Sliding!
  • Slow-Mo!

I played the demo. It was pretty good, but you're forgetting the dumb AI. I was the only one damaging the boss, despite, you know, having an army with me. They basically stood in place awaiting imminent destruction.

But De-Ting, MW2, and Halo Reach sold millions worldwide and the AI was shocking, borderline literally shooting themselves in the foot retarded. AI will now be permanently broken on most titles, and you will just have to get used to it.

People need to get over this MW2 thing. It's like saying, "if we can send a man to the moon" why can't our AI buddies shoot AT enemies.

Well obviously I'm just going to have to deliver a much needed Falcon Kick to the collective groin of the gaming industry, hopefully before too long.

.....Bretimus, I don't understand what you mean, but take a good hard look at the amount of zombie related indie game titles that came out because "I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MBIES!!!1" actually was successful(including 1 parody of such), and how many "Doodle" or "Jumping" games are on the Iphone app store since it acheived success. Also maybe you should check the "Casual gaming" wave on the near horizon that obviously wasn't influenced by the Wii's success.
