Wanna See What The Wii U's Guts Look Like?

If you've been curious what is under the hood of your Wii U, but you're terrified of voiding your warranty and possibly breaking it, then your fears are over. The good people at iFixit have no such fears, and they have proudly taken apart their Wii U and posted the gory photos for the world to see.

If you really want to see it all for yourself, iFixit even goes over the proper tools you need to get the job done safely.

And for the record, not even the Wii U Game Pad is safe from these guys.

I'm too chicken to do any of this. I was hyperventilating when my husband took apart my red-ringed Xbox 360 to try to fix it. That said, however, I love looking at the insides of someone else's toys.

There seems to be a lot of room inside the console. I'm thinking they'll go with the whole "slim" strategy to try and sell more consoles down the road. Wii U Slim or the Wii Slim U bundle with included Wii Fit Balance Board.
