Grid 2 surprised me. I was going through the motions, getting used to the cars and their handling, when suddenly something happened. I started having fun.

State of Decay Review
Undead Lab's zombie-infested action title has finally hit XBLA. Is it worth a few of your precious Microsoft Points, or should you whack it over the head with a two-by-four and continue on your merry way?

E3: PC or rather about the lack of it
By Starling

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

What Are You Playing? December 31st, 2011

Posted on Saturday, December 31 @ 10:05:00 Eastern by

It's been quite the slow week here at GameRevolution. Thanks for sticking it with me and having fun as we count down the days until the New Year. I'm actually out of the office today. New Year's Eve 2011 is my fourth anniversary with my girlfriend, Jenna. Happy Anniversary baby! I'll do my best to not ignore you and play Star Wars: The Old Republic all weekend.

What are you playing?

Mostly BF3 until I get my order of Rayman Origins + Artbook from Amazon! Did you get the artbook? I hope it's worth the bit extra

Alice: Madness Returns (sadly the Steam version doesn't come with that remastered version of the original game)
Grand Theft Equine: Yelling at Dragons

Having TONS of fun in Skyrim. My three characters are Hroth, a nordic two-handed warrior, Lenara, a wood-elf thief, and Raptor Jesus, the Argonian caster who has come to bring Velocirapture to the dragons, who have forsaken his word and sided with Tyrannosatan in the disguise of 'Alduin'.

Finished Bastion, great game. I'll be playing a bit of Skyrim tonight. I've never been particularly interested in New Year's, so I'm not doing anything interesting. L.A. Noire is only twelve bucks on Steam today, so I may pick that up.

Yeah, I bought L.A. Noire. I figure it'll be at least a year before it's cheaper than twelve bucks, so I might as well get it now. I probably won't be playing it right away, I still have a fair number of games that I want to work on before I get to it.

Playing MW3. Might give multiplayer a rest & start the campaign. Fortunately/Unfortunately, the BF3 expansion was a bit of a disappointment to me, so it's been easy to put down to play MW3. Still addicted to Skyrim, and thinking of starting a 3rd character focused on heavy armor and two-handed weapons.

Prince of Persia Sands of Time as my main course, and some Spiderman 64 and Conker Pocket Tales as side dishes.

I've been playing Starhawk and Black Ops with my friends. Starhawk is the most FRUSTRATING multiplayer game you will ever play. It takes a clip and a half to kill someone, the Mechs are super OP, all kinds of messed up ****. Yet...it's still fun.

I'm still at my parents' place, so I only have my crap laptop and my DS with me.
I played The World Ends with You until I got to the unplayable pin-throwing minigame in Week 2. Screw that.
Then I got Planescape Torment on GOG for the price of a sandwich and I've been enjoying that for a while.

Randomly started playing through Ultima IV yesterday (having a bit of trouble getting into it, but it's still perfectly playable) and am grinding for Xenoblade Chronicle's final battle.

    Three games on the go:

Demon's Souls, Rayman Origins and L.A Noire Complete Edition. Love every one of those games.
