See? I told you! Over two years! Well now I've got one. Listen to GameRevolution Radio's latest episode if you want to know the story of discovery. Needless to say, I'll be playing NBA Hangtime on my Nintendo 64 this weekend, but
About to hit first prestige in MW3. Just finished The Arrival for ME2. Still need to play Shadowbroker dlc though. March 6th won't come soon enough! (Just realized Game of Thrones dvd releases same day too! Huzzah!)
Just World of Warcraft for me until SSX, Mass Effect 3, and Twisted Metal. Actually... I've been eyeing the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection. I've beaten all of the MGS games at least three times each but I can't deny HD graphics and trophies!
me too. except lately it's been more of the not-so-fun game of sleeping half the day coz i spend all night running a bar where nothing happens so i just end up drinking and get home too drunk to play anything.
Just closed out Arkham City, and right now I'm plowing through Warhammer 40k: Space Marine's campaign. Excellent review, Daniel--I don't plan on playing online, so this is exactly a B- game for me.
P.S. Note to Relic: If you're going to make a game that's all about charging in and meleeing the **** out of everything, how about you build your combat system into more than two attacks and a shitty dodge and maybe not FUCKING SET YOUR ENEMY SPAWNS BASED ON MY LOCATION ON THE BATTLEFIELD. It sucks that the optimal way to play this game is to snipe at everyone while they run at you rather than charging out and wrecking face.
Mucking about in TF2 a bit. Mostly just playing around with the Huntsman and Scottish Skullcutter. I'm not really trying to win, just to see how I compare to people that are. The results do not speak well for most of the people I've been playing with lately. I usually play this during the week because I can pop in and play for a bit and pop out without getting drawn in and forgetting what time it is.
Weekend gaming this week is Assassin's Creed: Revelations. I've gotten far enough in that the story is starting to get interesting. I was a bit annoyed that I went to a fair amount of trouble to get the Ishak Pasha armor to wind up getting the Master Assassin's armor less than an hour later. Still, I'm rather enjoying it. I do wish bombs were more useful than they are. The devs clearly put a lot of effort into them, but I almost never use them. It's just easier to stab people.
One brisk August day in 1992, a former amusement park manufacturer turned game publisher rolled a brand new cabinet into video arcades across America. It was a two-player black upright, bound with bright red bordering and sporting a generic combat graphic emblazoned on the wood siding. As commercial electricity coursed through the cabinet’s wiring for the first time, a cathode ray tube began firing electrons one line at a time against a fluorescent screen, painting a pixilated logo into... read more...

I think Arkham City may have spoiled me.
