Try imagining mixing a cartoon Kentucky Derby with your mom's old Compaq that could only run crude card games. Now, make it TOTALLY worth the trouble.

While the initial starter pack for Hitman showed a lot of promise, it's in the Sapienza missions where you start to see the game's true potential unfold.

DAILY MANIFESTO

What Are You Playing? July 27th, 2013

Posted on Saturday, July 27 @ 09:30:57 PST by

I've got scattered vacation days, so I'll keep this weekend's catch-all-commenters post short. Here's what I'm playing:
  • Pikmin 3: I'm doing my best not to let my obsessive side take over. I'd like to play through the campaign without losing a single Pikmin's life, but that is way too hard. Instead, I'm gathering juice and blazing forward with my army of plant creatures. Our review will come soon.
  • Mario & Luigi: Dream Team: The review embargo for this is August 7th, which is good because it seems like a really long game. We'll have some preview coverage next week.
  • Animal Crossing: New Leaf: I'll admit to time-traveling backwards in an effort to maintain my daily play. I have to play Friday before I can play Saturday, but has anyone seen turnip prices rise above 90 Bells? I'm about to take a huge loss on Sunday.
What are you playing?
