E3: PC or rather about the lack of it
By Starling

E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

Why Did Valve Call It The Potato Pack?

Posted on Friday, April 15 @ 14:28:48 Eastern by
Earlier, Daniel reported on the 13 mini-game Potato Pack that, if purchased and played, apparently makes the countdown clock for the Portal 2 release run faster. Everyone who's playing the Portal 2 ARG, however, is skeptical of everything Valve puts out and are desperate to see Half-Life 3 in every corner and kilobyte. But this one definitely takes the cake (if it isn't a lie).

No, THIS is what I call 'reading too much into it':

The missing letters are R, L, and W. If you re-order the L and W, you get the onomatopoeia that Blizzard uses to describe the sound of a Murloc, 'rwlrwlrwlrwlrwlrwl!!" UH GUYZ THAT MEENS VALVE IS OWND BY BLIZZARD NOW OH NOES

Valve will continue the half-life series eventually. Right now it's too important to focus on the other products of theirs.

And potato sack is referencing Portal 2's use of energy generated by potatos, which is 1.3v, which is enough to sustain the AIs that Aperture Science developed.

So, in short, you're full of ****. Only over-analyzing illogical people would find this a compelling argument.
