A Day At Skywalker Ranch

Posted by Duke_Ferris - 09/23/09 Yesterday, I drove out to Skywalker Ranch to check out the second season of Clone Wars and play the new Clone Wars: Republic Heroes game. I brought back some pics. They showed us the first three episodes of the second season, which was actually the first time I had seen the new computer-animated series. I was surprised by how dark and violent it was, I must admit. Rather more "adult" than the movies. The first season is due out on DVD / Blu-Ray soon, and I'll definitely be checking it out.   Some clones on break playing their own game.     Anakin Skywalker's padawan, Ahsoko, strikes a pose.     I catch up with Obi-Wan and we compare beards.     Lunchtime! Pizza from my favorite intergalactic pizza chain.     Bounty hunter Cad Bane provides dessert in the form of cookies.     Unfortunately it all ends in my arrest, as I try to explain that "Duke" is not short for "Dooku".     Finally, here is video of the panel with the director and three of the voice actors.
