What do these ratings mean?

Hello everyone Fire Emblem Awakening is truly a great game. I myself am a first timer to the series but with all the experience I have now, I continue to advance my units to there max.
The gameplay is great. The main thing to remember is the weapon triangle, the pairing of units and support rank, and using magic against the armored enemys unless you have a hammer. The other major part is using the right stragties rather it be to keep your units in one big group or split up in teams to take both right, left and center areas.
