What do these ratings mean?

I like this game. Basically you can pick a character (like mario kart) and pick a track. There are unlockable tracks. There are two modes adventure and racing. In racing you can simply pick a track a character and your vehicle, a plane a little boat or a car. Then you have the choice of doing wish race (Drawing your own track) or the regular race. You can then play against cpu or someone with you.
