What do these ratings mean?

When i get diddy kong racing at n64 i was really glad but at ds version is all scraped out . Banjo and Conker was switched by tiny and dixie kong . And My driver i was very strong was Conker . i thinked is like 64 version but is the scrapped version. The only good ways is wi-fi connection and tuned car , plane and the hovercraf. Better to rent this game and not buy.
