What do these ratings mean?

First of all, this game is much better than usual Kingdom Heart games. Why play it on a non-portable system when you can play it on a portable one? (Ik, Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep is also on a portable.)

Secondly, The storyline has almost no plot. In the middle the game, the story line is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to follow.

The Battling system could use some kinks. Its a pretty unique system, but it could have more control. And also the fact you have to place panels of different sizes to fit everything in. When your placing panels it seems like some kind off puzzle game which is NOT why I bought the game.
