What do these ratings mean?

Mario And Luigi: Partners In Time Is A Follow-Up To The Hilarious Mario And Luigi: Superstar Saga. This Is Just As Funny, With The Hammer Bros. Wearing Little Antenneas That Make Them Talk Like -"ALL N00BS MST B XTERMIN8ED!" Which Is Side-Splittingly Funny!
It's A Very Complex Game In A Good Way And The Combos Can Be Hard But When You Master Them You Can Really Do Some Damage. The Bros. Items Are Great! Especially The Cannonballer, Which You Load The Bros. Into The Cannon And Then Shoot Them Out, Landing On Their Heads! It Does Loads Of Damage And Can Kill A Normal Enemy Instantly!
I Won't Tell You About The Story 'Cos That Would Be Ruining It!
