What do these ratings mean?

Mario Kart DS, fianally a Mario Cart game where you get all the best levels from past games with some of the DS's best graphics.  I like the bullet bills, but the bloopers aren't very usefull because if you play against another human and use it they could just use the map on the bottom screen! All the other items are good as ever, but I do miss some of the special upgrades like the fireball and the heart barrier.  The driving aspect was executed excellently and even after you beat the game and unlock all the characters and modes there still is the wi-fi mode to look forward too.  This game features excellent new courses such as the tick-tock clock level.  The music in this game is good, though nothing to write home about.  The speed aspect is okay, but it still feels like 20mph not 100.  This is a solid racing title, but it could use a little touching up.
