What do these ratings mean?

this is a great game. Its nascar mario style. you can race with your favorite netedo careters. It also has clacic traks from previus ones.I love it!!!!!!! they have diffrent modes. You aginst your friends close or far away with wifi. My favorite carter is bowser.
