What do these ratings mean?

Basicly,this is just super mario brothers with a new in the begging. there are some cool features 2 like better graphics.the thing is this game is pretty short. it took me 1 hour to beat!!!  the other thing is that it doesnt hav any cheats only glitches and easter eggs.if they EVER put it for game cube. i am so buyin that!!its not how it looks like
