What do these ratings mean?

this game is so-so and very lame . buy a puppy learn it tricks , go to contest , go walk outside , feed the dog , play with him and blablablablabla . ah yes it you transfer with another versions you get new dogs . It you like Dog (not nintendoggs) just buy a real one and not this crap
