What do these ratings mean?

This game us a excellent remake of the nintendo 64 super mario 64 . I don't regret to buy this game as "first ds game" in 2005 or 2004 . There graphic is better ( of course ,it is a remake) bowser look better than 64 version ( he looks like a sh*t)
