What do these ratings mean?

Trace Memory is a puzzle game for the DS. Such like all other puzzle games, this one does stuff pretty cool. Such as a part where you have to stamp a note. You close your DS and when you open it up it gets stamped. And another where the reflection of your DS counts onto solving a puzzle. Now, that said the game can get very fustrating such as one of the most anoying... Tile Slider puzzle.... Just on that it took me a hour and I beat, and the game only took me 4 hours. Sad to say this game is below avrage. But if you are a hardcore puzzle person who loves there puzzles... I guess you can try it if you like... Ohh yeah the graphics are nice especially the Anime style artwork...
