What do these ratings mean?

Another old school game comeback in new gen console !!! This is WAY better than gba version http://www.gamespot.com/gba/action/mortalkombatadvance/review.html .Is the arcade umk3 plus puzzle combat and wi-fi online play . There special move and fatalities showed up . I give a A for this Old Skhool/Remake game.
