What do these ratings mean?

first, this game is way too repetitive. the graphics and movment of the actual robos are fine, but the fact that you can severly lose in one match but totally annihilate the other computer in the same one is kind of sad. the range of weapons is excellent and the levels are colorful. the story was slightly rolled over (flat) but the characters looked deecent.
