What do these ratings mean?

After the great game Metroid Prime, you can suspect that there would be an amazing follow up and you would be right. Welcome to Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. Once again, you are the bounty hunter Samus Aran and there is another great adventure for her in this game. In this game, instead if ceing on Tallon IV, you are on the doomed planet of Aether. It is doomed because it is in two different dimensions at the same time! One dimension is bright and is a somewhat peaceful world. This one is called Light Aether. The other dimension is dark and full of horrible monsters. As you might have guessed, this one is called Dark Aether. Because Samus is now on Light Aether, she has a different dimension counter-part who is called Dark Samus. Your goal is to destroy her. In the beginning, you must stay on Light Aether. You start with seeing the gorgeous graphics (tied with the the original Metroid Prime for the best graphics on the Gamecube). Once the first cut-scene is done, you will start with your usual combat  visor where you have your normal power beam and and missles which is fine. You also start with your scan visor that lets you find out about certain thing. Eventually, you will also get the Dark Beam which is strong on Dark monsters and the Light Beam which is strong on Light monsters. Part way through the game, you will be able to travel to Dark Aether. Unfortunately, Samus's Varia Suit (her normal suit) won't survive on Dark Aether because it has a poisonous environment. Luckily, the inhabitants of Light Aether stuck Light Beacons on the planet. These beacons have a Light force shield that if you stay in, you won't get hurt by Dark Aether's atmosphere and will generate health. A new feature added is multiplayer. Unfortunately, it wasn't that well done. Overall, I like Metroid Prime 2 better than the original but thats just me.
