What do these ratings mean?

I think that this game is a lot better then the first one. the graphics are just as good as the first oneand so is the sound but it has a lot more weapons and more game play and a lot more features than the first. this game is a overall better than the first. the Multi player aspect of the game is not that bad either. I am eagerly awating the arrival of the next game in the series.
