What do these ratings mean?

 

In my opinion beats RE4 with a knockout. You say why? It' s soon said is the epitomy of the HORROR game. Since the introduction you can understand what i mean. YOU WILL BE SCARED ALL THE WAY. It will induct you nightmares. A very wicked but excellent game.
