What do these ratings mean?

This game is the best because I like the grahpics and the sound but some of them is annoying but it the best game you'll ever play but the thing that stinks is that you can't play 4 player mode. you can only play 2 player mode. the stories are great to even the last story wtich is cool because you play as team sonic and sonic is in super form.
