Even though a lot of people say that Starfox 64 was the best Starfox, I have to disagree. Starfox Adventures was the first Gamecube game that I played, so I have to give it some credit. It has excellent graphics and voice acting and pretty good controls. I love how that you can finally be Fox McLoud without being in an Arwing the whole game, you finally get to go on foot and explore the massive world of Dinosaur Planet. Unfortunately, instead of using a blaster (which Fox wanted to use in the beginning of the game), you have to use a stpid staff that some girl named Krystal (who you will find out about if you play the game) dropped. Even worse, the combat with the staff is extremely repetitive but you do get powers like an earthquake-like thing and fireballs eventually. Once you progress, you will meet up with the prince of a group of dinosaurs called the Earthwalkers, a little Triceratops name Tricky who stays with you for the rest of the game. He can dig up stuff for you and do other things too. Throughout the game, you travel to four areas of Dinosaur Planet that have broken apart from the main part of the planet. Your goal is too bring these broken off sections back together. Along the way, you will take part in six "tests" that you must complete to gain a Krazoa Spirit for each test you complete. These spirits help you achieve your goal. You must also get four Spiritual Stones by fighting bosses that are on the broken off parts of Dinosaur Planet. Overall, this is one of the best Gamecube games out there to me.
