What do these ratings mean?

This is one of the best gamecube day tas why this was my first gamecube game too. The graphic is incridible for a 2001 game ( truly !!!!) full of tons of character . I was a tournament for my ****ry and with my experience i goaled the 15 place at 52 others guys . so i can't wait for brawl at the WII
