One game that is one of the best multiplayer games on the gamecube. The main game is about getting through the stage by tilting the board around (nope,you don't move the ball) anything in the way to the goal. There are over 90 stages, split into 3 difficulties, Beginner which should be easy enough (If you can't complete beginner, save yourself from any anger), Normal, which provides a challenge and Expert which is what it says. Yep expert really is hard and requires so much concentration and accuracy with the control stick. There is the ability to practice the boards you have done and compete against 2-3 other players to see who can clear whatever stage first. However this is only 1 part of the game. other types of gameplay are all to do with balls. There are "Party games" which is monkey race where you go down a track and race against 3 coms or players ,monkey fight where you have a boxing glove on your ball trying to knock out your oppostiton off the board and Monkey target where you go down a slide and open your ball into wings and then close when you are over the target and trying to land on for as many points as possible. The other 3 games you need to unlock but are worth it. Billards (9-ball) is done no differently to any pool game, (expect the monkey in the ball has the cue thats all) its physics to the balls moving is all realistic. Then there is monkey golf where you play on 18 mini holes to try and get the ball in with little shots possible. Last there is monkey bowling which I am oblivious to what it is. All in all it is a great multiplayer game to play with friends, even by yourself. Find it cheap, under £20,go for it by any means. Good fun!
