What do these ratings mean?

Although at the begginig of the game you have very few resourses (at Multiplayer) it is a very pleasant game in which you really use your mind and strategy to win your enemies. The only problem with the game is that there are  few Civilizations to choose from but other than that it is a very interesting and fun game. I would say that it is one of the greatest strategy games ever been made.
