What do these ratings mean?

The game really does bring in real-life qualities right into your computer. It really is a war simulator. I find it addicting to continue playing, because I mean, who doesn't want to win, right?! lol I like trying new tactics with the new kits. The game's great! It's a must have! :) -Flame
