What do these ratings mean?

It Is a New Chapter in The BattleField Series. It is the Future Of war for the last bits of earth untouched by ice your goal is to fight for it useing tanks, mechs, and any other thing to get around in. i wonder what it really be like? all i know it's going to cost you because your probly going to need a new video card for your PC but it will be worth it. the graphics are better then i could imagen. it's a hole new type of war game it's a first person shooter. From what i have seen it looks like its going to be good as hell. or i mite be wronge it could suck but we will find out fall 2006 :)
