What do these ratings mean?

i remember when this game came out and quite frankly, i don't like a lot of the army games out there. this was different-to me it was similiar to the syphon filter series but with a lot more punch. i fell in love with it-i wish i could find all the games for the ps one so my collection can be complete. i can't remember all the games i have i know i haven't listed them, but this game series is awesome-the controls aren't sticky, the maps are pretty accurate, the missions are easy to understand. socom navy seals is alright, but give me this any day. i highly recommend this game to vent frustration or for some good old-fashioned fun.
