What do these ratings mean?

I play this game and i think its awsome!! if u havent u should try you'll fall in love with it.. i have 1 lvl 50 archery/device
lvl 40 earth/kin (plan to get him to 50 this weekend)
and i plan to make a fire/kin would be next maybe and im a 3 month vet and should get my 6th 1 soon :)
