What do these ratings mean?

Outstanding graphics. Outstanding gameplay. Outstanding explosions. What more could you want from an RTS? The gameplay is not something completely new, but there are certain new additions. The graphics are amazing, but you need a huge rig to run the game at full settings. Loading times take a  long long while compared to other games (2-5 minutes loading with a 1 gig memory) Although it is well worth the wait. There is almost no lag once the game has fully loaded, and it goes at a very fast pace. I sometimes even pause the game to recollect my thoughts and strategies. Thank god to the pause button, with out it, the game would be many times harder. In my opinion, this is the best WWII rts ever made, and possibly even the best rts of 2006.
