What do these ratings mean?

There's not much else I can say, as these reviews have covered it all, except it's the best single player campaign on a FPS. Ever. Also what is this "Low on atmosphere" nonsense in the main review? The ambience is one of the best I've ever seen in a game. The music is great and appropriate, and you really do feel like you are in New York under martial law, or Shanghai, or wherever, and that the world is on a steady decline, with all the Grey Death and the junkies and the poor and scared people etc. You can almost taste the atmosphere in levels such as NYC or Paris or Shanghai.
Best singleplayer game ever, sequel was ok but mostly disappointing, this one gets 5/5. Only problems are minor and understandable for when this was released- animations are horrible, shooting people is like shooting cardboard cut outs. Explosions and bots are all fine though.
