This game for me was the best RPG game I have ever played. I am not a gamer but this game I was addicted to! I beat the game over 20 times. It is a game where you start as a weak fighter in sorcery or amazon or barbarian or necromancer or whatever you decide you want to be and have very little or no power and strength. As you fight your way through the game hour after hour you end up gaining strength, manna (which gives you strength for your magic spells), armor (which changes the way you look), weapons and much much more. You wont even be able to wear certain armor and use certain weapons until you level up and gain strength, manna, and levels. You have different worlds you can go to with missions from killing creatures to searching for lost items, searching threw levels of underground tunnels, caves, buildings and much more. You can spend hundreds of hours playing this game and not get tired of it. The only games I found that I liked as much as this was Bauldars Gate (which is my favorite tied with this one) and Fallout 2 (which I don't like as much but its a sick game, way gnarley and messed up haha)
You can also play Multi player which is awesome if you have a fast connection and computer fighting with tons of people from around the world using there customized character to battle through the game and eventually killing Diablo with you. Watch out too because if they don't like you they can turn on you and battle you for your gold and armor. AGH!!! This game is awesome!! WHERE IS DIABLO 3????
I give this 5 stars an A+ on top with the best of them!!
Video games is such a diverse medium that it is somewhat easy to forget that differing opinions, however alien they may be to your own, are welcome for a critical debate. Recently, a forum user named Melaisis posted a rather interesting article titled “Games Are Not Art.” I won’t go into much detail here, but suffice to say, Melaisis gives the theory that due to the inaccessibility of certain games by the general public, games cannot, all things considered, be art in the sense... read more...
