What do these ratings mean?

This is the best final fantasy that I have played on the PS so I know that it will not fail on the PC for those who have played it on the PS. If anyone disagrees with my opinion about the game it is highly their choice to do so I will not be offended by their decision.

    Your right man this is the best game for ps, unfortunately they did kinda mess up the translation to pc
