What do these ratings mean?

First off I'll start by telling why I love this game. I started playing Heroes 2 a long time ago and it was a very interesting experience. It wasn't like Age of Empires or Civilization 2. Somehow you got the chance to conquer everything and finally win. I guess you could love this game if you where a perfectionist because this whole seies is very complete. This game does not introduce something "revolutionary" but it revived a long forgoten game after the release of Heroes IV, which was a pure disaster. Lets just say Heroes IV was a VERY complex game. There more than 7 ways you could transport your creatures which was just pointless. To all the people that played Heroes 1,2,3 , Heroes 4 was complete heartbreaker. Heroes 5 has a very long campaign, one of the longest I have ever played. Another bad move by the creators of the game is that there is no "easy" mode to the game only "normal" and "hard". Ho
