What do these ratings mean?

What must i say. Great game. No story, but yeah. You would love this game if you are a real MMORPG gamer. How it is gonna work in this game? Simple. You start at lvl 1 (really?). And you slain monster to get experience you grow lvls and lvls. And by the time is you are lvl 70 it is going to be interresting. Then the game begins. You look for an clan, looking for ppl to do PvP or you gonna do PK-en. Sound like not much fun. But thats the problem. When you begin you can`t stop. You think you play the game. But is not. The game is playing you. Nice game great grafics and oustanding landscape. For the real gamers. It is an big +.
