What do these ratings mean?

Ok what can I say I'm a true hard die EQ fan and gamer and well that is all I have to said .Loving all of EQ games and the online is the best too .But yes it can be costly .But I hear EQ is going to make onlining free this spring or fall . I can only keep my fingers cross and pray it is .
