E3 2013 has been very silent for me. There's tons of media, but most of it buzzes past my ears without them catching the important keyword that my ears are fine tuned to receive: "PC" or "Personal Computer". Microsoft, Sony, EA and Ubisoft have all shown their cards...

"The game introduces a very interesting concept that, to the best of my knowledge, has never made its way into any other RTS: altering the terrain"

Perimeter did just that a few years ago, that was an excellent game and very innovative. Maelstrom looks interesting but I think yours is the first positive review I've seen (from a decent source). Maybe I'll have to give it a try.

EDIT: I just realised that both games are from the same dev, which explains quite a lot :-P

    Honestly, I'd never heard of Perimeter 'till youd mentioned it; I'll have to give it a look see some time soon, assuming I can easily get my hands on a copy.
