What do these ratings mean?

OOOh guess what all you internet gamers this is the 1 game that actually works on a dial up connection and i praise it for that. Graphics are good for its time and there is a variety of different ways to kill your enemies railk gun plasma gun so on

i like this 1 a nice little extreme 1st person
