What do these ratings mean?

Quake has returned and damn is it sexy. I can play this game on max settings on my rig, and it looks fantastic. I was never a HUGE fan of Quake, even though I own all 4 games and play them from time to time. The action in this game is great. Every time you fire your gun at something it's just as exciting. The music also caught my attention. It's very nice composed and fits the game well. The multiplayer is also just like Quake3, maybe not as fast paced, but still redeems the true meaning of the word FRAG. IF you love action, FPS's, or just Quake in general, you have to pick up this game. This will be one of the top 5 shooters of 2006.
