What do these ratings mean?

oof ! very tough game took me many to reach the second level.but once you know the cheats its amazing to play it. even third level seemed unreachable. i would consider it unfinishable until you know how to play tougher games like me... its got the real meat of a A+ game in it but sadly my cd broke now i wish game revolution got me a download of it.
